SURA YA 88 MAKKA 26 AYA JUZ 30

الغَاشِيَة

Al-Ghaashiyah · Al-Ghaashiya

Maana: "Tukio Linalofunika"

BISMILLAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHIIM
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Kwa jina la Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu
Muonekano:
Msomaji: Mishary Rashid Alafasy

هَلْ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ٱلْغَٰشِيَةِ ١

Je! Imekufikia khabari ya msiba wa kufudikiza?

Has there reached you the report of the Overwhelming [event]?

وُجُوهٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍ خَٰشِعَةٌ ٢

Siku hiyo nyuso zitainama,

[Some] faces, that Day, will be humbled,

عَامِلَةٌۭ نَّاصِبَةٌۭ ٣

Zikifanya kazi, nazo taabani.

Working [hard] and exhausted.

تَصْلَىٰ نَارًا حَامِيَةًۭ ٤

Ziingie katika Moto unao waka -

They will [enter to] burn in an intensely hot Fire.

تُسْقَىٰ مِنْ عَيْنٍ ءَانِيَةٍۢ ٥

Zikinyweshwa kutoka chemchem inayo chemka.

They will be given drink from a boiling spring.

لَّيْسَ لَهُمْ طَعَامٌ إِلَّا مِن ضَرِيعٍۢ ٦

Hawatakuwa na chakula isipo kuwa kichungu chenye miba.

For them there will be no food except from a poisonous, thorny plant

لَّا يُسْمِنُ وَلَا يُغْنِى مِن جُوعٍۢ ٧

Hakinenepeshi wala hakiondoi njaa.

Which neither nourishes nor avails against hunger.

وُجُوهٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ نَّاعِمَةٌۭ ٨

Siku hiyo nyuso nyengine zitakuwa kunjufu.

[Other] faces, that Day, will show pleasure.

لِّسَعْيِهَا رَاضِيَةٌۭ ٩

Zitakuwa radhi kwa juhudi yao,

With their effort [they are] satisfied

فِى جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٍۢ ١٠

Katika Bustani ya juu.

In an elevated garden,

لَّا تَسْمَعُ فِيهَا لَٰغِيَةًۭ ١١

Hawatasikia humo upuuzi.

Wherein they will hear no unsuitable speech.

فِيهَا عَيْنٌۭ جَارِيَةٌۭ ١٢

Humo imo chemchem inayo miminika.

Within it is a flowing spring.

فِيهَا سُرُرٌۭ مَّرْفُوعَةٌۭ ١٣

Humo vimo viti vilivyo nyanyuliwa,

Within it are couches raised high

وَأَكْوَابٌۭ مَّوْضُوعَةٌۭ ١٤

Na bilauri zilizo pangwa,

And cups put in place

وَنَمَارِقُ مَصْفُوفَةٌۭ ١٥

Na matakia safu safu,

And cushions lined up

وَزَرَابِىُّ مَبْثُوثَةٌ ١٦

Na mazulia yaliyo tandikwa.

And carpets spread around.

أَفَلَا يَنظُرُونَ إِلَى ٱلْإِبِلِ كَيْفَ خُلِقَتْ ١٧

Je! Hawamtazami ngamia jinsi alivyo umbwa?

Then do they not look at the camels - how they are created?

وَإِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ كَيْفَ رُفِعَتْ ١٨

Na mbingu jinsi ilivyo inuliwa?

And at the sky - how it is raised?

وَإِلَى ٱلْجِبَالِ كَيْفَ نُصِبَتْ ١٩

Na milima jinsi ilivyo thibitishwa?

And at the mountains - how they are erected?

وَإِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ كَيْفَ سُطِحَتْ ٢٠

Na ardhi jinsi ilivyo tandazwa?

And at the earth - how it is spread out?

فَذَكِّرْ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مُذَكِّرٌۭ ٢١

Basi kumbusha! Hakika wewe ni Mkumbushaji.

So remind, [O Muhammad]; you are only a reminder.

لَّسْتَ عَلَيْهِم بِمُصَيْطِرٍ ٢٢

Wewe si mwenye kuwatawalia.

You are not over them a controller.

إِلَّا مَن تَوَلَّىٰ وَكَفَرَ ٢٣

Lakini anaye rudi nyuma na kukataa,

However, he who turns away and disbelieves -

فَيُعَذِّبُهُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلْأَكْبَرَ ٢٤

Basi Mwenyezi Mungu atamuadhibu kwa adhabu iliyo kubwa kabisa!

Then Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment.

إِنَّ إِلَيْنَآ إِيَابَهُمْ ٢٥

Hakika ni kwetu Sisi ndio marejeo yao.

Indeed, to Us is their return.

ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا حِسَابَهُم ٢٦

Kisha hakika ni juu yetu Sisi hisabu yao!

Then indeed, upon Us is their account.
