وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "ليس الشديد بالصرعة، إنما الشديد الذى يملك نفسه عند الغضب" ((متفق عليه)) .
Kutoka kwa Abu Hurairah (Radhi za Allah ziwe juu yake) reported: "Mjumbe wa Allah (Rehema na amani za Allah ziwe juu yake) said, "The strong man is not one who is good at wrestling, but the strong man is one who controls himself in a fit of rage."."
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The strong man is not one who is good at wrestling, but the strong man is one who controls himself in a fit of rage.".
