Mlango wa 872: Kitabu cha Mambo Yaliyokatazwa (Makatazo)

عن أبي زيد ثابت بن الضحاك الأنصاري رضي الله عنه، وهو من أهل بيعة الرضوان قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "من حلف على يمين بملة غير الإسلام كاذبًا متعمدًا، فهو كما قال، ومن قتل نفسه بشيء، عُذب به يوم القيامة، وليس على رجل نذر فيما لا يملكه، ولعن المؤمن كقتله" ((متفق عليه)).

Kutoka kwa Abu Zaid Thabit bin Ad-Dahhak Al-Ansari (May Allah be pleased with him( (he is one of those who gave their pledge of allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) under the Tree) said: "The Mjumbe wa Allah (Rehema na amani za Allah ziwe juu yake) said, "He who swears by a religion other than that of Islam, is like what he has professed. He who kills himself with something, will be tormented with it on the Siku ya Qiyama. A person is not bound to fulfill a vow about something which he does not possess. Cursing a muumini is like murdering him."."

وعن أسيد بن أبي أسيد التابعي عن امرأة من المبايعات قالت: كان فيما أخذ علينا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، في المعروف الذي أخذ علينا أن لا نعصيه فيه: أن لا نخمش وجهًا، ولا ندعو ويلا، ولا نشق جيبًا، وأن لا ننشر شعرًا". ((رواه أبو داود بإسناد حسن ))

Kutoka kwa Asid bin Abu Usaid reported: "A woman who had taken a pledge of allegiance at the hand of the Mjumbe wa Allah (Rehema na amani za Allah ziwe juu yake) said: "Among the matters in respect of which we gave the Mjumbe wa Allah (Rehema na amani za Allah ziwe juu yake) the pledge not to disobey him in any Ma'ruf ."
