MAANDISHI YA KIARABU

عن عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنه مرفوعًا: «ليس مِنْ نَفْسٍ تُقْتَلُ ظُلماً إِلاَّ كَان على ابنِ آدَمَ الأَوَّل كِفْلٌ مِن دمِهَا؛ لِأَنَّه كان أوَّل مَن سَنَّ القَتْلَ».
TAFSIRI YA KISWAHILI
Kutoka kwa Abdallah bin Mas'udi -Radhi za Mwenyezi Mungu ziwe juu yake-Hadithi Marfu'u: "Haitokei kuuliwa nafsi yoyote kwa dhulma isipokuwa hupata binadamu wa mwanzo fungu (la dhambi) kutoka katika damu hiyo, kwasababu yeye ndiye muanzilishi wa kwanza kuua".
ENGLISH TRANSLATION
‘Abdullāh ibn Mas‘ūd (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No soul gets killed wrongfully without the first son of Adam taking guilt for its blood because he was the first to institute the practice of murder."
