وعن معاذ بن أنس رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من كظم غيظاً ، وهو قادر على أن ينفذه، دعاه الله سبحانه وتعالى على رؤوس الخلائق يوم القيامة حتى يخيره من الحور العين ما شاء" ((رواه أبو داود، والترمذي وقال: حديث حسن)).
Kutoka kwa Mu'adh bin Anas bin Malik (Radhi za Allah ziwe juu yake) reported: "Mtume (Rehema na amani za Allah ziwe juu yake) said, "The one who suppresses anger and has the power to give effect to it, will be called out by Allah, the Exalted, to the forefront of the creatures on the Siku ya Qiyama and he will be asked to choose any of the virgins (Hur) of his liking".."
